EA said that gamers should expect the Rock Band bundles to be in short supply this holiday season. The reason is that there were so many pre-orders and that the peripherals take a bit to produce. Pulling a Nintendo? Maybe. We'll have to find out.

sigh.. how many games are going to come out with $80-150 required controllers?
why dont they spend more time coming up with innovative ideas for the hardware that everyone already has?
or *gasp* come out with more games that use existing peripherals. no other game uses those donkey konga drums. guitar hero is the only game that uses the guitar.. the possibilities are endless.
but why build on existing infrastructure when you can continually make more?
